Holt Automotive are currently seeking a driven and experienced General Manager to join a highly successful dealership group in the Bolton area.
The General Manager role comes with a competitive salary of £80,000 -90,000 OTE 130,000 with excellent company benefits.
Key Responsibilities as a General Manager:
* Lead, manage and motivate a team of automotive professionals, ensuring the dealership is adequately resourced
* Drive a high-performance culture, ensuring performance is rewarded and underperformance is managed
* Oversee the sales and aftersales divisions, ensuring performance meets or exceeds budget
* Set financial and growth objectives for each department, and plan accordingly to ensure profit and product targets are met
* Accurately finalise dealership reporting, in line with group reporting frameworks
* Develop and roll out dealership marketing and publicity strategies to support objectives
* Support the dealerships to consistently achieve high levels of customer satisfaction
Skills and Experience required for the General Manager role:
* You must be a dynamic and hard-working individual who can take an active role in the dealership
* You must be able to demonstrate your ability to effectively manage and motivate staff daily with passion and drive
* You must have a proven record of driving and managing a sales department, man management, motivated, target driven and a good leader
