Purchase Ledger Administrator / Sales Administrator

Salary: circa £17,500 basic

Location: Taunton / Bridgwater

My client, a family run the automotive company are now looking to employ a Purchase Ledger Administrator / Sales Administrator to the busy environment.

This position is a crucial part of the business and will require someone with previous experience.

The Role – some of the key duties will be

* Processing and raising of Invoices
* Prepare month end BACS to run
* Vehicle order payments
* Bank Control
* Maintaining a complete, accurate purchase ledger
* Registering of vehicles including taxing
* Track location and ETA of ordered vehicles from the manufacturer through the workshop and to the final process

Skills & Experience

The successful applicant should have the following experience

* Experience in purchase ledger
* Ideally, have experience with vehicle sales administration (training provided on this if not)
