Salary £27000 – £35000
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Vehicle Technician to join a prestige dealership in Winford.
The Vehicle Technician role comes with a basic salary of £28000 – £35000 OTE with fantastic opportunities for progression
- Hours of work are 8am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday
- Saturday 8am to 1pm (on a 1 in 4 basis), this is paid at 1 ½ x normal rate and is additional to salary
- Bonus is a team bonus, based on overachieving a mechanical labour target, i.e. not on a ‘time – saved’ basis which doesn’t allow for any team work

Key Vehicle Technician Roles and Responsibilities:
- Undertake maintenance, service and repair activities on motor vehicles to the highest standard
- As the Technician you will carry out all work completely and effectively whilst adhering to manufacturer’s scheduled times to maintain efficiency
- Effectively record details of diagnosis, work completed, and components utilised in line with group and manufacturer standards
Minimum Vehicle Technician Requirements:
- Qualified to NVQ level 3 (or equivalent)
- Have at least 2 years experience after a qualifying period, of working in a Dealership as a Technician (or similar)
- Good technical knowledge
- Must have a Driving License
