We are currently seeking an experienced Bodyshop Administrator to join a leading Accident Repair Centre in the Aldershot area.

The Bodyshop Administrator role comes with a competitive salary of up to £28k and great benefits on top.

Key Responsibilities as a Bodyshop Administrator:

* You will be responsible for the administration of all Bodywork matters including receptionist duties, bookings, courtesy car diary control, recovery driver’s diary, and customer callbacks
* These tasks require excellent organisational skills with attention to detail and a quality focus that is second to none
* You are expected to maintain up-to-date knowledge on Bodyshop procedures and developments and be able to clearly communicate these to the customer.
* As the first point of contact for customers the role requires a motivated and enthusiastic individual with excellent communication skills.

Required experience for the Bodyshop Administrator role:

* Ideally have previously worked/or currently working within a similar role within an Accident Repair Centre or within the Motor Trade.

Multi-Skilled Panel Beater roles and responsibilities:

* Carrying out a variety of aspects within a Bodyshop
* Work efficiently in a fast-paced Accident Repair Centre
* Paint Spraying, Panel Beating / Strip and Fit
* Follow the correct repair techniques and produce work in line with factory specifications and customer satisfaction
* Planning work and ordering parts to ensure vehicles are ready when promised.

Skills and experience required as a Multi-Skilled Panel Beater:

* At least 2 years experience as an automotive Panel / MET / Paint
* ATA/ NVQ certification is advantageous but not essential
* Experience in Paint Spraying
* Panel Beating / Strip and Fit
* Strong attention to detail
* A fast and accurate worker

Key Service Advisor Roles and Responsibilities:

* Ensure customers are aware of service and repair work required to their vehicles in a professional manner
* Advise on estimated costs of repairs and work to be undertaken

* Advise on timescales and collection arrangements
* Produce job cards on the in-house computer system

Minimum Service Advisor Requirements:

* Experience in a similar role, as a Service Admin / Service Advisor or similar
* An ability to sell additional products and services to customer
* Experience in using commercial databases
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to deliver outstanding customer service
* The ability to manage multiple tasks
