Main Responsibilities:

Requirements:

* Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
* Excellent organizational skills.
* Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
* Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
* IT proficient and comfortable using a computer for various tasks.
* Must have a full UK driving licence (clean preferred).

Digital Marketing Executive

Main Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Digital Marketing Manager you will support the manager in the various digital marketing acquisition channels within the group, with a focus on the paid search channel. The role will be interesting and varied and will include some or all of the following activity:

* Day to day maintenance of the various PPC channels including Google Adwords, Bing Ads, LinkedIn, Twitter and Facebook advertising. Able to devise bidding strategies, techniques, develop campaigns such as text ads, display ads, product listing ads and re-marketing lists
* Write website copy to support SEO activities
* Day to day administration for our digital sales channel with responsibility for dealing with customer enquiries etc.
* Responsible for all social media channels including posting (to include using posting tools), replying to posts and DM’s
* To co-ordinate the group’s email marketing campaigns and regular e-newsletters using MailChimp or other mail service providers. Responsible for maintaining the group email campaign calendar and measure/report on campaigns effectiveness in terms of web traffic and sales/lead conversions
* To develop and optimise the email on-boarding process for customers when they first sign up for the group’s various products and solutions

Skills / Experience / Competency Required:

* Experience of working with digital marketing channels such as PPC, SEO, Social, Email Marketing
* Copywriting skills, demonstrating the ability to adapt content to suit different audiences. Understands the benefits and techniques of using best practice for SEO.
* Attention to detail
* Use of Salesforce to monitor leads and conversions. Use of Salesforce to create reports.
* Be proficient in the use of bulk email solutions such as MailChimp

Requirements:

* Relevant Degree or equivalent experience

Desirable Skills:

* Understanding of telematics, internet of things, big data
* Have strong attention to detail
* Ability to prioritise and be organised
* Be able to work on singular tasks and work with the wider team to develop and create strategic campaigns

* Experience as an automotive service advisor is a must

* IT literate

What’s on offer?

* Salary is depending on experience but ranges from £19,500 – £23,000.
* Working hours are 0800-1700 Monday to Friday, no weekends. They may look to change this to a 0700-1600 or a 0900-1800 to keep in line with expectations.
