RECRUITMENT MANAGER

Our continued success depends largely on sourcing and hiring the best talent in the market and today we are excited to be offering an opportunity for a skilled, forward-thinking Recruitment Manager to join our team.

More about the role:

You will be responsible for owning the total Recruitment Strategy and leading the team of skilled, talented and let’s be honest, rowdy Recruitment Consultants. You will also work closely with the rest of the Management Team as well as the division Business Managers, to understand business objectives, identify opportunities and to build and implement the overall business strategy.

As the Recruitment Manager, you will have the opportunity to really come into your own with a high level of autonomy and have the creativity to implement long-term initiatives that drive quality in a challenging, specialist market.

Your typical day will include the following:

– Owning and executing the overall recruitment strategy.
– Providing mentorship, guidance and career development to your team.
– Establishing and maintaining meaningful relationships with management.
– Ensuring the efficient and smooth delivery of the entire recruitment life cycle for all hires.
– Partnering with Business Managers and the Recruitment Group Management to define a compelling employer brand and attract the best and most diverse talent in highly competitive markets.
– Develop and implement innovative strategies using multiple channels. These will include headhunting, advertising, talent pooling, social media, networking and referrals, with a specific aim of increasing hire rates.
– Driving an excellent candidate experience through the recruitment cycle.
– Compiling and analysing data and metrics to support business decisions and plans.
– Establishing the PSL and managing agency relationships.
– Taking a hands-on attitude to drive the commercial awareness and business development activities of the company.

This is what you’ll need:

– Ideally significant knowledge of the recruitment industry with a breadth of experience across both practical and theoretical delivery of direct sourcing strategies.
– If not from a recruitment business, outstanding Sales Management experience with a strong appetite to learn.
– Hands-on management experience of an existing team.
– Ability to build relationships and influence across all levels of the business with excellent customer service and management skills is essential.
– Strong presentation skills and the ability to train, engage and develop individuals at all levels in the business.
– You will need to be results-driven and a commercial thinker with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
– The desire to work in a rapidly evolving environment where changes in priority and focus are commonplace.
– A strong understanding of the key drivers of measuring and building a market-leading recruitment function in a fast-paced, high growth business.
– The ability to project manage, multi-task and deliver in an ambiguous environment is key.
– Have a proven track record in current client and new business development.
– A good understanding of the Automotive industry is desirable, but not essential.

More about the role:

Whilst encouragement and team collaboration continue to play a key part in our growth and success, this role requires high levels of energy and you will enjoy and relish in the achievement of your goals.

This is what you’ll be doing:

– Recruit permanent, temporary and contractor staff.
– Fill bookings as per client requirements.
– Identify and develop new business opportunities.
– Provide a high level of service to existing clients and workers.
– Interview and assess candidates before placing them into suitable assignments/placements.
– Visit clients to promote and explain the benefits of our service.
– Actively participate in the Holt Recruitment Group social media strategy.

What you’ll need…

– Have proven ability and success in direct sales, business-2-business sales, automotive background, customer service or recruitment background.
– Be comfortable and enjoy communicating with people at all levels face-to-face and over the telephone.
– Have the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients as well as candidates.
– Know your way around a computer.
– And have a consistent employment record.

Salary: 40K OTE
